Breaking News: 2-Day Artificial Intelligence Training Concludes Successfully in Ilaro
A groundbreaking 2-day Artificial Intelligence (AI) training, organized by The Bishop of Yewa, Rt Revd Dr Michael Adebayo Oluwarohinbi, has come to a close in Ilaro, Ogun State. The training, which took place on March 14-15, 2025, at Oke Ela, Ilaro, brought together individuals from various walks of life to explore the vast potential of AI.
Facilitated by Dr Kehinde Adenegan, a renowned expert in AI, the training aimed to educate participants on the fundamental concepts of AI and its applications, equip them with practical skills in AI development and implementation, and foster a community of AI enthusiasts and practitioners in the region.
The training attracted a diverse group of participants, including clergy and laity from the Anglican Diocese of Yewa, students and faculty members from tertiary institutions, professionals from various industries, and entrepreneurs and innovators interested in AI-powered solutions.
During the training, participants engaged in interactive sessions, covering topics such as introduction to AI and Machine Learning (ML), AI applications in various industries, AI development frameworks and tools, and practical sessions on AI-powered project development.
The Bishop of Yewa, Rt Revd Dr Michael Adebayo Oluwarohinbi, delivered a keynote address, emphasizing the importance of AI in driving innovation and transformation in various sectors.
The training also provided a platform for participants to connect with each other, share ideas, and explore potential collaborations.
